MyPillow Ltd will refund 100% of your purchase price for any reason within 60 days from the time we receive your returned product. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
MyPillow Products have a 10-year warranty on any workmanship and/or material defects. MyPillow will replace the defective product and product of equal or greater value. In the unlikely event that your purchase is unsatisfactory and/or defective.
Refunds will be processed on the payment method that was used to place the order, within 3 days from the notification of the return of the item. If a debit card is used, the funds should be back in the debit cards account within 3 working days. If a Credit Card is used, the funds can be returned within 7 working days. PayPal could also take up to 7 working days. Any addition shipping costs with not be refunded.
